Rock Wool Sandwich Board is a kind of material for building insulation, the production process is mainly of two kinds, one is the factory prefabricated finished plate, one is made of composite site. Factory prefabricated finished plate is usually composed of three layers of material: the surface material for metal plate, the middle layer for rock wool, the bottom material for moisture layer. In the production process, first of all, rock wool and moisture-proof layer pressed together, and then the metal plate covered on top, and finally cutting and finishing, forming a finished plate. The precast finished plate can be directly installed on the purlins, the installation process is simple, using socket-type and hidden nail-type nails, will not damage the product surface. On-site composite panels will need to be installed on-site. First, the rock wool and moisture-proof laminates pressed together, and then the metal plate covered in the top, and finally cutting and finishing, forming a finished plate. This plate needs to be installed on site, the installation process through labels and construction drawings to determine the location of the plate, by lifting the plate installed on the wall, nail fixed.

Rockwool sandwich panel is a type of sandwich panel made from rockwool as its core material. It fully utilizes the unique properties of rockwool, providing significant benefits in fire resistance, thermal insulation, sound absorption, and noise reduction.

Rockwool sandwich panel boasts excellent fire resistance, with a fire endurance capability exceeding 1000°C. It has been tested by the authoritative Italian testing institution GLOROANO S.P.A., satisfying fire safety standards of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), British Standards (BS), and German Industrial Norms (DIN). Additionally, it possesses superior thermal insulation properties, which are calculated based on the thermal conductivity of rockwool and the thickness of the rockwool core material.

Physical Properties: PU panels are lightweight due to their low density. They offer excellent soundproofing, thermal insulation, moisture-proofing, waterproofing, termite resistance, and corrosion resistance. Chemical Properties: PU panels are highly polar polymer compounds with little affinity for non-polar mineral oils, making them resistant to erosion by fuel oil and machine oil. They also have good resistance to oxygen, ozone, and radiation, maintaining satisfactory performance even under 10-10 grays of radiation dose.

Mechanical Properties: PU panels exhibit excellent mechanical processing properties, including turning, milling, grinding, and drilling, which facilitates their manufacturing process.

EPS sandwich panels, also known as EPS foam sandwich panels or EPS insulation boards, are superior thermal insulation materials made from expandable polystyrene (EPS) granules through a series of processes including pre-expansion, maturing, molding, drying, and cutting. They consist of color-coated steel sheets (such as galvanized steel, stainless steel, and anti-static color-coated steel) as the outer layers, and self-extinguishing polystyrene (EPS) as the core material. The panels are heated and pressed under a continuous forming machine using heat-setting adhesives to achieve a composite structure.
